About Pilates: Classical Pilates is a powerful, dynamic method of movement and exercise developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900's which utilizes the mind's connection to the body in order to achieve overall strength and flexibility while creating a sense of physiological balance. "Classical Pilates" follows the Method and exercises as originally devised by Mr. Pilates. |

Six Week Pilates Camp: In this intensive six week camp, instructor Romina Laygo will guide you through fundamental to intermediate Classical Pilates exercises and concepts which will strengthen your core muscles, increase your flexibility and balance your body proportions. Each hour long session will meet three times a week and will include exercises on the foam roller, theraband and mat taught in the traditional Method.
