FITcamps condition the body and mind
to improve your overall health.
FITcamp training any given day
can include one or all of the following:
Static and rhythmic stretching
Calisthenics,
Glute exercises & thigh-strengthening
Dumbell Exercises, Exercise bands
Abdominal training, Resistance training
Obstacle courses, Running/walking
Military exercise drills, Speed training
Plyometrics (speed/strength drills)
Stair climbing, Steep hill drills
Agility and power drills, Partner drills
Jumping rope
Exercise with friends and family
